Though you may not realize it, all health practitioners depend on the confidence of their patients for the continued growth of their practices. However, referrals are valued for more than that! They are the best illustration of your satisfaction with what we do. We are grateful to patients who express their confidence in our dental team by referring their friends, family, and business associates to us.
Appointments
Our regular office hours are aimed at times that will be more convenient for you. The office is open six days a week with evening hours available. Since evenings and Saturday appointments are very popular, we suggest that you reserve these times well in advance.
The length and sequence of your appointments will depend upon the treatment being performed. Your dentist and/or hygienist will discuss the recommended schedule for your particular needs.
Scheduling
The best way to schedule appointments is still speaking to our receptionist. Email requests for appointments are welcome, but in order to ensure that we are addressing your specific needs, in most cases, appointments will be arranged in person or over the phone.
Confirming
Upon scheduling a visit, you will receive an email and/or text message with the appointment details. Follow-up texts and emails will be sent one month and then 4 days prior to the actual appointment, in order to confirm your attendance. In the event that the original time is no longer suitable for you, this early communication will provide ample time for us to re-schedule your appointment. If you prefer, as a courtesy to our patients, we also can confirm your appointment by phone. Please be sure to let us know your preferred method of communication.
Changing or cancelling
No charge will be made for re-scheduling an appointment, provided 24 hours’ notice is given. Without adequate notice, a minimum charge of $50.00 per half-hour missed will be incurred. Once an appointment has been made, please remember that this time has been reserved just for you.
