Fees
Our fees are based on the current year’s Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide. Payment is expected as services are rendered. The entire fee for treatment is the patient’s responsibility. We can help patients to utilize their dental benefit plans.
Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients, where policies allow, we accept the assignment of benefits. This means that your insurer pays the dentist directly. Upon receipt of payment from the insurer, our office will issue a bill to you for the remaining amount.
For plans that do not allow assignment, you will be asked to pay the fee upfront. We will still submit the claim for you electronically, but then you must wait to be reimbursed by your insurer.
We are part of a large electronic claims network with a group of insurers. Our Electronic claims submission process will increase the speed of payment and keep you up-to-date on managing expenses.
Methods of payment
Payments are accepted by cash, cheque, Interac, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and e-transfer.
